lol theres 3 volvo's that i have at myne also my dad has a volvo so does my mum so does mi misises dad our family is just full of volvos and volvo parts it's like steptos volvo yard

Yeah I really do love the colour and for the price it was an absolute steal :)
Generally in very good nick for a car that is 10 years old (usual wear and tear) Now I just need to think about what I want to do with her tuning wise.
Exhaust just HAS to be done to bring out that T5 burble I love so much and most likely a filter just cause I can : )
I think the powerflex upper mount will be done too (not copying pang of course) I assume that any of the 70 series of bushes fit?

I'm assuming your car is a 1998 (pre-ME7)? as you said it's 10 years old and it also has the black badge on the grill? - if so then you'll need the same mount as me (the purple powerflex item) - I got mine from PFV:

Awesome stuff there mate, a nice read and nothing too major by the looks of it (I will make sure I have my mechanic to hand just in case though lol).
The car is a pre ME7 yeah so everything looks like yours :)

Many thanks for all that mate, looks like poly bush sets are on their way shortly then.....typical that I decide to do work on a car when the temp falls below 0 :(

Well now your "in the club" so to speak ;) you can add yourself to the RR day at Awesome in Manchester ;) £10 deposit to Cameron, and another £25 on the day..Bargain!
How much did you get it for in the end then, I was watching this, but deleted it after a while. Seemed to be going VERY cheap at the time :D

Or an even easier way to Pangsters is put the bush in the freezer night before you are doing job, take out old bush, quick clean of bush housing and at that point take bush out of freezer and it will slip right in without cutting or chamfering the edges, bush will slip in and out when frozen, leave it 20 mins or so and you will need force to take it out so it defo works :)

Yeah I was looking at that, now I just need to decide which car to bring, the 40 or the 70....hmmm maybe I could get someone to drive the other up there for dual runs :)
Ended up getting her for £1600 which I thought was good money over all and drove it home there and then :)

It IS a great price, providing there's no major bills due. I paid £1800 for mine, but have spent over a grand on her..........so far ;)

Fingers crossed there is nothing major coming up.....she just sailed through the MOT so nothing impending it would seem at least.
A good service and a tidy up will be next on the list....well the tidy up first of course :)

Not sure what I will do with her yet.....tune or not to tune etc etc although I had my T4 for a total of 3 days before I upgraded the power in that.
My driveway now looks like a Volvo meet when my dad pops round in his S60 :)
