Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction leading to information related to or explaining why Genesis P-Orridge was exiled from Great Britian. It had been like 100 years since this had happend. He may have had it coming, I can't find the answer. I would think this would be an historic event in your corner of the world since no one has been actualy been kicked out of the UK for 100 years. Therefore I present this question to you. He founded the 70's experimental industrial noise group THROBBING GRISTLE, the went on to PSYCHIC TV and much more. I just sold a 20 year old cassette tape of THROBBING GRISTLE on eBay (see link) to a guy in the UK for 25USD. Yes a cassette, not a CD. I think I shipped it to London, Kent DA7 5JU. This was an important band. Please, please get me some answers then we can go back to the Volvo stuff. Further info from his 'expanded bio' is that I think you'll find that this is the alternative meaning of 'exiled' as per the Oxford English Dictionary, where the 'exile' is voluntarily undergone due to circumstances, and had nothing to do with HMGov kicking him out :)
