After my recent spell of bad luck i've decided my S40 is going to another home and unfortunatly she's not being replaced by another Volvo at this time.
Currently i have some interest off a mate who wants to buy it and looks like im getting a company car. If my mate doesnt want her you will be seeing an ad on the forum in a few days time.
Probably gonna go for the VW Golf 2.0 tdi sport, i will miss not being able to drive a volvo but its for the best (sheds a tear or two!)

Maybe get another Volvo later but keep in touch and let us all know about your many accidents on your bike lol

Later on down the line i'll be back to volvo, just at this stage it makes more sense to have the company car and some1 else pay to maintain it.
Wouldn't laugh about the biking, mate came off 2 week ago and did some real damage to his femur. Some metals pins and a few months off work - Poor fecker. I've not biked now for a couple of weeks as ive been too ill but in a couple of weeks time i'll be back on the saddle mowing down what ever gets in my way on the trail.
P.S i'm a still allowed to come out and play for the meets? :saythat:

Golf is a great car, the only issue is the price!
The base prices are ok, but when you add in options that would come as standard on most cars these days the price just goes up and up.....
But as a company car, can't really go wrong with one of them!!!

I traded my car for a company car....great for hassle free driving but limited on what you can do. I'm stuck with mine for 4 YEARS!!!! hence I took alot of time to think about it.
I went for an Audi A4 2.0T S line 'cos it was relatively cheap and pretty fast ( 220 BHP- its the special edition). I get a fuel card and tax was no different for an oil burner hence I went petrol...
Golf is a good car but personally shop around ( if you have a choice that is) as things like Skoda and Seat's are pretty competative!!
Of course you can do what I did and save up to buy a toy...he,he!!

Took the golf out for the day and gave it a good beasting.
I'm having the golf in 2 weeks time but my boss has said that at any time if i want a different car i can have want i want providing its in my price bracket. I'm not tied to a company car and i can decide to give it up at any point providing that i give the company some notice - so its not all bad. Means i can get my S**T together and my credit card paid off for a change.

I'll still keep intouch fom time to time, feels like i've not been around for ages as it stands.
I'm sure when things start looking up for me i'll be more active, just i dont have the time at present.

Well may as well post piccie's of the new car, i get it this Friday and my Volvo has now been sold. Lets hope the new owner has more luck with it!
