It does work! My experience with phoneboxdirect.com has been good, so far I have received the first cheque. I use www.phoneboxdirect.com and got a new phone and 11 months free line rental (via cashback) including 200 mins x-net, 200 texts (got 400 mins and texts for first few months) BUT, you MUST comply with their terms and fill out the forms correctly within a certain number of days. (the forms are not crystal clear- i wonder why???) They dont tell you to make 6 claims of equal value, but they do tell you when to make the claims. Send them an e-mail if unsure, they are helpful- if asked! If you make an arse of the first form everything is null and void. It is a pain but I recon if someone is going to pay £330 for my phone costs, its worth it.
