Before you ask no it's not explod, the car was an ex Scottish Parliament escort/training car. It has a full service history using Volvo parts. 1999 reg t plate with 111,000 miles. ME7 engine. The following are the improvements I have made.
1. Stage 2 by VT ( Race downpipe, remap, 19t turbo)
2. New ETM unit
3. Strut brace
4. Ebach springs and Monroe shockers
5. New bushes
6. New rear calipers, discs and pads
7. New clutch
8. 18" Pedagus alloys
9. Top engine mount
The reason why I am putting the car on the market is although I have tried to upgrade the car as much as I could, I keep conparing it to the Saab 9000 aero that I had before and can't get the same feeling about it. The cars really brilliant but not for me as I'm sure some of you will think i'm mad to change but that's the way it is.
Please PM if you are interested. I am looking for offers over £6k

I think you may be aiming slightly too high with your Over £6k offers. I'm sure you've spent a few thousand on it to get it up this spec but potential buyers don't see it that way.
I wish you luck anyway, I actually went the other way - from Saabs to Volvos as I preferred the 'feel'.

:stupid:
I dont think you can expect to recover any modification expenses TBH. I am sorry you're not feeling it with the T5. I hope you find the car you're looking for.
Age, condition and mileage - I suppose it depends how quick you want the sale and how many offers you get within a set time frame.

Nat,
I and especially Lynda still love the car and if nobody wants to take advantage of my situation we will be delighted to keep the car. The situation came up after I had a shot in a friends Aero and all the memories of the last 10years of having Saabs came flooding back. It is purely a personal thing. If we do end up keeping the car the bonus will be looking forward to your mum's breakfast's.

Seems a shame to sell the car esp as its relativly new to you and you have really cherished it by all the ammount of work that has been put into it....
Someone is defiantly going to get a great buy with this car!!

It would appear that I'm not going to get the price I would like. Although the car sold at £5100 the chap thought he was buying an auto. So bearing this in mind if anyone is looking for a steal contact me on 07713245514 or PM me.

It would appear that nobody wants to buy my V70 although most people seam to want to achieve this kind of performance, but don't want to pay for it. So Iv'e decided to keep it. Thanks to all who showed interest.
