just 16/06/06 @ 19:15 spotted a gold s70 racing a Saab 95 up lickey road in rednal, both were flying, but sad to say looked like the saab was all over the volvo, infact to put it another more descriptive way the saab was almost in the boot of the s70

Actually, I was surprised how quick that Saab was - but as for being "all over me" I think you missed the point - He was BEHIND me and we pulled off from the lights together! Nevermind.
Tight? No mate, I think you'll find that's shrude.
If I had money to spend on it I would. Alas, I don't have vast amounts of cash to squander, neither do I risk my house and family by going into debt for a car - because I put my family first.
Summary synopsis - I really don't give a cack what you lot think! :P

Contact VT for a lightened and balance gearknob and a gas flowed glove box ( to put yer dummy in !!) and you will maybe keep up with the SAAB. Family ( and your liscence) cant be that importatnt if you are racing on the public highway !!!!

Point taken. I was on my own in the car but a family needs a Dad so you have a good point.
Apologies for being a little tetchy I'm exhausted and the wife's having a lot of problems and she's about to give birth to our 2nd any time now...
Anyway - suffice it to say I could do without any hassle at the moment and it was just a bit of fun. fair play to the guy in the Saab it was a T reg 93 and it was very quick, we both beeped, grinned and said tada when we finished and it was just good laugh in an open road with no-one else around.
Accepted that is still a risk given events that have happened to peeps on here so ok, it was a bit silly. I'm sure a lot of others on here are silly at time too if they're honest :)
How are you lot anyway Ive not checked in here for a while? :)

HI mate, we all have our probs , life wouldnt be normal if it wasnt !! And you are defo right , i would say at somepoint everybody has done it and will do it again
My Volvo regularly gets thrashed because of it !!!
Any way , saffys are cool as f**k , so you have the edge on any other car straight away!!!!
