so with the above in mind - maybe you'd like to explain how they route the diffs and the driveshafts??? considering the exhaust runs down the centre of the car and there is very little room in front of the spare wheel well despite having a wider track than the S70...

Going back to the 'R' badge - I agree with Pangster.

It is a little bit 'wannabe' if you put an 'R' badge on something that could possibly be available in a 'R' version - to put one on a model that couldn't possibly be an 'R' is just plain weird.
If it's done to deceive - it is dishonest.
If it is done to impress - who would it impress?

    Spoiler looks great though!!

im with pangster on this.... labeling a car as a higher model is quite simply sad(imho) there is a c55amg 1.8 auto running around my neck of the woods....

having said that if the model doesnt exist then?

maybe i should stick a cosworth volvo badge on the back of my car

Although I have my own oppinion about the R badge I think he gets the point and i'm sure if he wanted information about his R badge he would have started a thread on it, I guess you guys should let it go before the mods step in. Why do people on here b*tch about s*itty little things. Filterlab made a mistake or should i say parkers guide did.
    Thanks

    Whooa Volvokid,

This is a forum - a place for the free exchange of opinions, ideas and information.

Why should the mods step in?
No rules have been broken - nobody is being rude or insulting, nobody is getting personal or out of hand!

The Op opened a thread about his spoiler - we love it! We also noticed the 'R' badge - not so keen on it!

    What have we done wrong?

Oh for the love of god, what are you harping on about now you silly little person?

I HAVE MERELY READ THAT THERE IS AN AWD C70!

If there isn't then I apologise for rocking your narrow minded little world where you seem to believe that you know so much about everything and everyone else must be wrong.

To be honest I care not for your opinion as you have the grace of a bull in a china shop wearing iron boots and you clearly have no idea on how to chat about a subject that you share a common interest in with like minded folk.

Once again I apologise for reading a review on a car that potentially doesn't exist and comment on it on a forum intended for such.

Sheesh, does it ****ing matter that much?!

I've now placed you on my block list as nothing you write could possibly interest me. Oh, take the time to look up the difference between an infinitive and a possessive. You've written "what your claiming exists"

It's YOU'RE you dunce, I learnt the rules on infinitives and possessives when I was ten for ****s sake!

Fair enough I agree its public and you expect all sorts of feed back about your car if you post a picture up, but calling someone a plum for not knowing something about a model of car he doesn’t even own I would say that’s offensive. Filterlab only posted what he read there’s no need to make a fool of him.
Pangster I have nothing against you AT ALL I enjoy reading you posts but why can't you be more tactful with some of your post, its maybe just how I read them in my head but you come across very aggressive at times.
    Thanks
    Martyn

plum is an offensive word is it??..

and i don't think i was offensive when i told him the model didn't exist.. he then continued to question this and protract the discussion further.. maybe he should do a little more reading and a little less typing?.. just a thought..

In the context you used the word I would say yes it was meant to be offensive. Cow isn’t an offensive WORD but in the correct sentence its easy to make it one.
Dont try and take the piss out of me pangster you knew what i ment.

You're wasting your time Martyn. And yes Pangster, that's you're not your. I don't think I'm the one who needs to do more reading to be honest.
