    rip kit part one

    finaly some hose arrived today. well one anyway. the turbo to rip i ordered the wrong size. heres a few pics anyway. forgot to mention it need polishing still







    if it stops raining ill get started on part two
    s60 2.4 t5 eibach springs,up rated rear anti roll bar, poly bushed wishbones, poly lower engine mount, fmic, bmc air filter, 3" decat, 2.5" stainless exhaust,hlm remap 328bhp,

    tidy! Graeme, can I pinch the rubber grommets that fix the air box to the inner wing/other mounting points? Some of mine are missing. I'll have a look when I'm back if that's OK, stick the cost on top of one of those fancy pipes you are showing us....in black tho like we talked about

    You must have either welded that up and ground it back or bent into shape, looks very clean. U should see my TIG welding - like bird ££££

    no mate the difference is ME7 has electronic throttle simular too yours it also has sensors in the pipe too etm

    I guess the ME7 doesn't need an idle control valve then......link below for hoses & stuff for the later 70 series

    If you keep the stock charge pipe that connects to the bottom of the ETM it should make the job easier as this short length of pipe contains all the sensors for the ME7 induction side post Turbo, from memory the 5/8" rubber pipe also connects straight to the charge pipe near the end opposite to the ETM - Mike

    ill have to get some pipe work off a me7 then. then i can get the sensor bosses laser profiled.

    think the best thing i can do is once ive got it complete and i know what needed is for me to start a thread with price and a list of who wants to buy what then ill start taking deposits.

    only welded it havnt touched it with a grinder. only a scotch bright wheel. i should pickle them realy. be much easier
