JT kindly popped in & gave me half of an engine a while ago, today was the first time i've managed to get in the garage & have a mess. It was very interesting to get an 850 & an ME7 crank together, alot lighter than first thought. Works out with the crank, lightweight pulley & TTV flywheel its 8.5kg lighter than original (thats the same as removing the original flywheel)

ME7 on the left, 850 on the right

    850

    ME7 (2.5)

What actually needs finishing on this Pedro you need to get some motivation going.
I'm sure I've asked this before but are you planning on putting it back on the road or trailering it

theirs not much needs doing really, the brakes need the most work (connect rear brake pipe, replace handbrake cables, fill with fluid & bleed) & a few bits of wiring. She's going to be road legal

Why not have a mini fix meet, to help get it finished, all you need to supply is bacon sandwiches, and tea.
