I am going to consider replacing my brake master cylinder soon and maybe, possibly my Brake servo, as over time, the seals become hard and the reaction time inside the cylinder due to worn seals must play a big part in how quickly it transmits the flow to the four corners of the car?
The other problem with P1 and P2 models is the weak bulkhead. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction....so the bulkhead flexing slightly doesn't help.
Consider also, with more electronics involved in braking systems nowadays, the pedal feel and responsiveness is always going to be different to that of a conventional, mechanical braking system.
