Yes, but try and get a D5 185bhp pre 2005 and get a manual if you want economy.

I run a 2005 model 163 D5 manual as my workhorse ect, it returns about 45-52MPG (real world not computer). The Euro 3 engines are noticeably better on fuel than the later Euro 5 185s and a lot more reliable.
