Shocks/Struts raising OE suspension???

Wich struts/shocks will raise the most, my S70R factory lowered sport suspension
Koni Sports or Bilstein Sports ??'

What do you wanna raise it for? Afaik its the springs that do the height and thats why you get "lowering springs" I could be wrong but mibees changing the springs is the way to go, Shocks just adjust ride comfort......
