As far as I can see, it's not. Was looking for ages and could not find them. Ring up the dealer and they will price them up for you. Though I think LeeT5 says they only come in an assembly which is a touch pricey. Hence I am going for those 4 quid Merc ones that he got.

Fortunately when my p2 v70r vac lines in this area were leaking, I managed to pick up a full set at the local breakers, glad I did now! I also replaced all the lines as well, my original one way valves were ok.

Just ordered these from merc. Just rung my local dealer and he said that they were from a Sprinter van, so I had to get them from Orwell Trucks in Norwich!! They will be heavy duty I suppose then!
Anyhoo, non stock item, so they will have in on Thursday.
£3.95 each. Bloomin bargain!

Nothing heavy duty about them mate. They are just plain white plastic one way valves.

My jaw dropped too when I saw the price from Volvo for one of these valves. So I just popped on ebay and bought a couple of fuel non return valves for a couple of quid each.
1996 Olive Green 850 AWD - Follow the Project - Forged rods, 19T, big blue injectors, 960 TB, 3.25" MAF, Ostrich, 608 binary, arduino data display, active exhaust control with Focus RS tips, 320mm front brake conversion.
1996 Nautic Blue 850 AWD - Failed its MOT, now it's a donor for the green thing.
2004 Sapphire Black S60 D5 - The new daily hack.
UPDATE
Just got off the phone with Volvo.
The part# for the non return valves is as follows:
9485451 - £16-80 + VAT each (retail)
I have ordered two and will collect tomorrow.

Our Volvo`s deserve good quality parts as that is what they came with!.......some run Volvo`s on a shoe string but are always breaking down or the aftermarket part gets replaced after so many months.
The thing is when you get a problem again you won`t think it is the part that you replaced but you would probably be wrong!...so buying the best part in the first instance can save a lot of money and frustration and most of all time.
OK , each to there own but i come down on Lee`s side here .......i myself would pay £30 each if that is what they cost.........at least Volvo, all comes with a guarantee and you can return parts.
I think also when one has a motor such as Lee`s why scrimp at the end of the day what is £18........just a take a way meal for two!

Fair enough if the cheaper part was from a spurious source, but a Mercedes part should be good enough for a Volvo.
