So, I've managed to blow a hole in this pipe....

Here... It's the one to the inter cooler from the over pipe.

Can anyone recommend a stronger replacement? Or a kit with the other boost hoses, and maybe a stronger over pipe whilst I'm at it.

J @ pfs can split the pack so its just the top peice you get. was about £180 for the top pipe and silicone hose to intercooler.
i still have the silicone hose as i made a custom bridge to my front mount.
it wont fit a stock over the top pipe tho as the do88 one is larger....

It's the rubber bit that's holed, I believe it's part number 31261371..

How it happened? I was giving it a bit in a straight line, 1st, 2nd, then half way through 3rd gear it just went tsssssshhhhhhhhhh and lost power.

It was pretty loud whooshing whilst it was holed, but before that I noticed it was a tiny bit louder (same type of noise) ever since I'd changed my plugs.. I think I may somehow of caused a small hole or split when re-assembling it after doing the plugs which might of weakened the rubber, then it's finally given up.!

Ive taped it up for the minute just so the cars useable, but I can't imagine it will take even a small amount of load. So I'm keen to get it replaced ASAP.

I think I'll just replace the knackard part, I can't really justify a few hundred quid on bits I don't really need.

Has anyone got one kicking about I can buy?

Literally binned every hose n pipe from the car
couldn't give them away so chucked them...soz dude!

Hah never mind!!

I'll get one on order from Volvo unless anyone else has one.. Think it's a £40 quidder though for a bit of rubber!

looks like the rubber hose from OTE pipe > IC that's got the hole. It's not plastic.

I blew this exact pipe a week after getting my remap just get the oem one from volvo or if you want to go for some pretty coloured ones roose motorsport do a nice set

Does anyone have the part number for the tiny rubber pipe on the other side of the over pipe that goes to the turbo? It's only around 3" long.

Their kit looks to be just coolant pipes, not the turbo ones.. Am I missing something?

My mistake when I was looking at changing my pipes there were 2 websites i was looking at mainly because they both did purple pipework i'll find the other one when i get home tonight

Thanks for your help.. I've ordered the parts now though from Volvo, not too bad, £35 for the intercooler one, and £30 for the one on the other side of the over pipe that goes to the turbo! As that's being bodged in the past - it's wrapped in duck tape lol. I can't see it being air tight.
