I've been itching to do some detailing for a while and 2 hours in the shed gave he quite good results. Boost pipe next!
Lessons learnt for next time is to use a finer grade of wet & dry from the offset!

Owned since 2002. '96 Green 855-R, Manual M56H conversion by Russ @ RT Mech, 82mm rebore, THS Rods, Wiseco Piston kit, Decked Block, Machine work was completed by: www.mandjltd.co.uk, Refurbed head inc skim & 8 new valves, ME7 Ex Manifold, RICA304, Forge Blanking plate, 302mm set-up, PowerFlex Top & Bottom, Front Strut Brace, Miltek Cat-Back, R.I.P, IPD Cone Filter.
Latest update: 10000 miles as at 19/05/13.
To do: Lots (but don't tell Mrs Woody!)

miss out the wet n dry stage, get your self a scotch bright wheel for your drill. itll save you loads of time and effort.
s60 2.4 t5 eibach springs,up rated rear anti roll bar, poly bushed wishbones, poly lower engine mount, fmic, bmc air filter, 3" decat, 2.5" stainless exhaust,hlm remap 328bhp,

Nice work, I like that. Make sure it's got a nice level of polish protectant on it though as in this weather it could start to corrode very quickly now that you've got it to a polished finish
