Will have to put that on my to-do list. Need to fix my drivers window mechanism today as I'm goin away working and it's currently wedged up with a bit of card lol

2 months since I updated this thread. Basically the thing hasnt moved for that long the tyres have gone flat.
just sent the mrs out to take a pic of it looking sorry for itself.



it needs quite a few bits doing to get it back to a decent standard as soon as I get home it will be getting.
2 new tyres
Window regulator fixed. Dunno if you can see in the pic but its held up with paper.
ever so slight oil leak needs looking at. Hence the card board underneath.

I do have a set of discs and volvo pads and arb links sat there that need fitting.

So basically a days work and couple of hundred quid then I will see about getting it mapped and an exhaust fitted. Hopefully graeme will be back on his feet soon lol

Looks like the volvo will be getting reflashed today and the guy reckons about 60bhp gains best thing is its cost me nothing. Just skimming his kitchen ceiling as payment as we speak. Hopefully be done by the time im finished in a couple of hours. Watch this space

It worked. Feels faster and more responsive but still needs more boost lol will get it on a rr at some point to see what the gains are. 2nd isnt much different but 3rd and 4th have improved massively. Might try and do a 60 to 100 test later down my private driveway

that osnt sound right. mine was totaly different when mapped. could feel the difference in every gear

Probably not a patch on the likes of mte etc but its a definite improvement over standard. Just in time for the drive to trax. Its a bonus it only took me a couple of hours yet only took him about 20mins lol

im up for that, anything to get out the house. only time i get out these days is to look at stupid weding venues. mines sorned at minute or could of took mine for a blast to compare

I think I will get that cat back you made and just keep it on the backburner till you can do me a dp and decat.
I think the rear lambda has been mapped out so no need for a spacer

its a good that exhaust. itll work well with a decat. getting some flanges machined tonight. need to try and make some money again

Tighten the actuator abit mate because the car will not produce the goods with a loose actuator .

not sure about that, no issue if it dose though. im only down the road.
