Correct oil grade for my p1 V70 T5, please?

As I've not had the car long and not done many miles in it, I've not had to put any oil in the car as yet. I've seen threads on this, but I haven't got the time/patience to look, so please can I ask which grade I should be using please?

Generally, not very hard. Occasionally, I drive in a sporty manner, and then sometimes Daza likes to have a blast in it too. Could I get away with 5w40 fully synth., as I buy that in bulk for the oil guzzling wife's Alfa!

That's great, cos it means having a 'common' oil for the T5's and the Alfa. No risk of wrong oil and that price from Costco is pretty good-I think.
