    t5frankie you're always negging other people... what's your top terminal speed on the 1/4 mile?

    Basically, that's all that counts in terms of power that isn't just pub talk and I don't recall yours being much over 100mph?

    oh and mines 99.8... with a slightly anemic 228whp

    but ive only just got my car to where it is now, my best time incidently is 14.51@ 97.99 mph but have had 101 with a 14.6 last year and i can get them off the line i think i'm one of the only people to have got a 2.2 60ft in a t5

    My 60ft was 2.6 and I got 14.77 @ 99.5

    you sure you're running 280 whp ??

    i got a 13.9 with a 97.4 mph terminal and that at the time was running 19 psi standard crap t cam and standard ecus with 262whp i think at the time.

    I get lower times - 14.5 but higher terminals - 104.7mph which fits with the lower torque/higher power figures, wouldn't you say??

    Yours has masses of power in 3rd, we were level then you ripped 2 cars lengths out of me in seconds once you hit it in 3rd at York

    yes mate so better keep an eye for you in my rear mirrior catching me up but i do have a different cam now and a 7.5k rev limit so we will see.

    i have to get into 4th just before the line mate but ive got a quickshift so should be alot quicker too.and i will be running 26/28 psi too so should be fun.

    My run was abborted at 4400 rpm (Just where it comes on boost hard) due to spark blow out, so not a true result

    dan only got 310 bhp so he is likely to have more than only 15 bhp drag loss, still debatable a 16t'd 850 t5-r running on a bcs getting 310bhp
