    225/45/17 tyres on a 850 t5 wil they fit?

    Just bought some deep dish rims with 225/45/17 tyres, anyone know if they fit my volvo 850 t5 without problems?

    should be fine mate as thats virtually the standard size of "R" wheels and tyres apart from a touch wider

    Ok they arnt really my style but i got them so cheap. Picking them up on th way to hlm from northamton.

    I have that size on my p1 V70 T5 and they're a bit too wide and do catch the wheel arch liners on full lock, so I just avoid full lock.

    You mentioned "Deep Dish" ? What offset ? If it doesn't catch the inner liners, watch your external fenders (front and back alike).

    I still use full lock at really low speed, but get some nasty rubbing sounds. It's just higher speeds where I avoid full lock, especially 70+!
