Wouldn't worry, mines hit 111k and I would expect oil seals to have started leaking but nothing...(so far)

My old t4 had over 180k and was fine so your diesel shouldn't have a problem.

It's hard to find a low mileage diesel car, cos most people buy them to do high mileage. I buy petrol or diesel V70's with 90-100k on the clock, and put around 28,000 a year on them for 3-4 years. if you can find one with 100-130k with decent service history, then I'd go for it. You can still sell them quite easily with 170-200k on the clock.
my v40 t4 had 171000 on it
109k on my T4 wth no problems.
