Mine is silver lol, running a 19T with 'T5D5 community custom mapping' making 378 before the map was tweaked again… feels like 400+ now. That'll do me for a while

    Port & Polished head
    possibly an R manifold
re bore to 82mm per piston and uprated cylinder sleeves
full turbo back s/s exhaust with universal sports cat
    remap

things i am unsure on is:
Best turbo to use (bigger the better lol)
poss supercharger (unsure which to use to go well with a large turbo)
not sure if i could go awd or not for handling??
and other bits of mods to help with the plans

any advice is greatly appreciated and hope this thread will be useful to others

i have had a look at claymores thread for the supercharger mod but unsure how its plumbed in and goes with his turbo
you wont need uprated sleeves with 82mm pistons and get the s60r manifold best for flow ,sounds like its going to be some machine mate

No mate as long as it's a T3 flanged turbo. You would be better off swapping the manifold for a later ME7 exhaust mani as these flow more than the 850's. You will need water/coolant lines modded and downpipe modded. Easy enough though. Paid exhaust place Ł150, to cut my downpipe and remake with new flange and wideband sensor boss.

My biggest tip would be speak to some folk who have neen north of 400bhp for a while - Tim Williams, Pyaap, Blackbeast, RT Mechanics. Andy makes a good point that with all supporting mods and the right map a 19t will get you 370+. 400+ requires the same supporting mods and a 2871 minimum with decent mapping. I would also look at Volvospeed and T5D5 as the pool of folk who have actually been as far as you want to go is small.
