I can't bench 95kgs now, but i could then. I was about 2 stone heavier in my early 20s and it wasn't fat

Thats a pretty good lift there, wish i'd have kept it up but when i got a full time job just didn't seem to have the energy to put in to it anymore.
Trying to start again, but can't really get into it properly, need to try and sort out some sort of routine.
Can only do 8 reps of 65kgs now

Just to add my 2 bits worth... When I was 14, I could deadlift 124Kg. I was 6'1" and 12 stone. By the time I met the missus, I was 25, 14st7lb, 32" waist, 48" chest and could rack-off 20 cross-legged chinups holding on with 2 fingers on each hand. Got married, changed job, got fat. The strength is still there but I'm a bit wobblier than I was! lol

I'v always found when mates have had a go for the first time they are shocked at how little they can do, but its the fact that not many people really use there chest muscles, day to day, so most people tend to start at low weights.
and they wobble around all over the place! lol
