    whats this turbo?

    Whats this turbo guys?

I cant find any numbers on it other than the one stamped into the side?

It came off a V70 T5 of unknown year.

    And most importantly...whats it worth

Looks like a P1 so 15g? It's knackered though - cracked round the w/g port and it looks like it's eaten something!

I think the JF2 one is the ecu - got bosch on it so would imply it's the bosch engine management (ME7)
    Ready to be corrected....

EDIT If the recirc unit is any good (diaphragm is unperished) I'll take it off your hands?

    That's what I was hoping.

Dya think its repairable or knackered cos of those fins? I was told the car drove fine before it was stripped.

The ecu in the first shot is an auto ecu so it's fair to say the engine ecu, the second one, will also be from an auto. If it's a V70 then it's probably motronic 4.4 with a cable throttle.. but no guarantees. As it's likely to be a 4.4 and not the earlier 4.3 the ecu will only work in a car with an identical ecu code in theory, the code you can just about see to the top left something like 264 445?

Ok I can consider myself corrected The reason I didn't go for 16t is (from what I can see of the plate on mine) mine is a 16t and I thought they used a different turbo for the P2,

and it doesn't look like mine...?

gah dangit thats me out of pocket then. I was hoping to keep it as a spare but if its knackered then that kills that idea.

the casing could be kept if yours gets more cracked than the one here. You may be able to salvage the w/g spindle and paddle too.
