    Exhaust compatability?

Well due to the finacial climite I'm not in a position to replace my rattling exhaust with either a nice stainless or aftermarket steel so I'm looking for a secondhand system, so my question is are they all the same from 2.5 N/a up apart from AWD of course or does it have to be off a turbo model?

    Hi

I have a standard echaust available next week. Taking it off a 1997 v70 T5. If it fits your car, you can have it.

Thanks guys, I'll go with Volvo's first as he's nearest to me if it's not feesable to ship it as I know it's a heavy item, roughly where are you in Whiltshire?

Many thanks for the offer Phil.

Sounds great, I only need from the cat back as a baffle or something inside my main box has come loose and it rattles on idle.

How much do you want for it?, is it feesable to ship do you think as it'll cost about £60 in fuel to come and get it. just trying to work things out.

How does £40 sound for it? from cat back

Regarding the shipping...probably could do but i wouldnt want it getting damaged or maybe could meet you half way if you covered the cost of my diesel? Either way, once its off, i will let you know

    Cheers

Well replaced the exhuast and got rid of 60% of the rattling!!! the rest is coming from the cat!!

So add s/h cat to the list of things to do.

De-cat it. Makes a worthwhile difference. Just have to anal probe a different car for the emissions when it comes to MOT.
