the wires for the the throttle position switch mate, because the electrical connector on the side of the throttle body is at a different angle the car loom isn't long enough to plug it in & needs extending

In my mind I knew exactly what you were saying, but when I compared both TB's they looked the same, just had another look, and now I feel a prat.

If the 960 a V6 engine then it is a renault engine, but I don't know enough about the 900's to know what size or style engine they have!

ahh, of course, good point. but i have my 960 TB now, so all I need is the modified inlet manifold of pedro_fandango so that i can drill and tap for the nitrous injetors, and I'll be sorted.

its off the 3.0litre 960 but thought it was a straight 6 tbh, again i don't know much about the 900 so Tomcat or Smithy would be the one's to ask

Turns out the 960 did appear with the PRV lump, I thought they were all straight 6's too

the early 760s had a prv v6 motor that was crap so trey designed a straight 6 motor for the early 960 in 12v form and the later 1s were 24v motors the later had the 3in tb on them that is what have fitted to my 940turbo
