    any help teething problems!!!

    hi guys just got my new engine in my volvo t5r manual 1996,and was wondering
    1.how do i bleed the radiator system to get rid of air locks and also
    2.how do i fill the gearbox oil as its running a bit low although i couldnt find the fill plug

    hi mate,
    bleeding the rad is simple,
    pour in the water in the resovoir then start it up,
    leave the cap of for a wile,it should self bleed,u will see the air spurting into the bottle,
    if your gearbox is auto then fill it through the dipstick tube...
    can get messy if your hand shake wile your filling it lol

    If your gear box is a manual you will need to remove the passenger side wheel and pull the flap up in the wheel arch and on the gear box you will see a nut get the car level then undew the nut and fill untill the oil starts to pour out of the hole
