Now I understand why you want to remove your aircon.

Why not go the whole hog and rig up a roof-mounted intercooler like the Ford RS200 used to have?

you've got it mate it will just fit with the air con pre rad and standerd intercooler gone with a slight mod to the front bumper beem. roof mount would be cool but trying to keep the pipe work to a minimal lol
