    Tiresize ????

Which sizes are yuo guys running on..?

My T5R is currently running 205/45-17, but how about 215/45-17 or 205/50-17 or even 225/45-17 ?????

My concern is whether there will be contact with the inside of the arches ??

My car is standard/stock, so there is no lowering issues here...

my 225/45x17's are fine 2 up but loaded up and pushing on they do catch the arch at the front
slight rub on full lock even when 1 up
and minor tramline on bad surfaces
    all on a standard 855T5

through choice i would get 215's

215 45 17 are your safest bet, a slight improvement on standard, but will not have any detrimental effect loaded etc

If i changed mine to 235/35/18 as opposed to 40's would that reduce the rubbing?

Hello people I too had problems with the wheels hitting the inner arch on my standard 16's. On checking the car I had lost the plastic spacers off the wishbones. I ordered some more from the dealer and once fitted this stopped the wheels from catching the inner arch but it did reduce my turning circle.

It is atleast worth a check to make sure that these plastic spacers are still there and in good condition

215/40/17s on mine, I have to say they are harsher than the 205/45/17s original fit but this could be the tyre. I also think they're more prone to tramline but again it could be the tyre make not the size ( I was on P Zeros but my wallet wasn't deep enough for less than 10000 miles for the fronts!!!)
