just fitted my new boosty controller and im running 14psi as standard? what is the max i can run before she starts breakin' up kaptin?
btw 1996850t5, no cat and performance exhaust fitted as well as special hot air induction!!

i know you're the guy's in the know, but using an mbc to get 1.4 is risky imo.
boost is going to come in early and he will probably bend a rod.

Thanked 1 Time in 1 PostI never said it was recommended or safe. The question was what is the max boost before the engine breaks, which is 1.4 bar. Any more and the rods will go a funny shape.

ive got an electronic boost controller so i can control when the boost comes in, ive got the nitrous half installed as well, not that ill need it, 14 psi turned up just 10% feels pretty quick
