Sounds like the bearing, is it thrush bearing or have a just got filthy women in my mind???
Thrust bearings usually only make the noise when you press the clutch pedal.

clutch release bearing. If its only doing it when the clutch is engaged then i would have thought it was that. Unless you'vechipped a few teeth in the box? which would be unlucky!
does sound like release bearing to me and they are hydraulic on them my galant was the same when you put your foot on the clutch it stopped

Does it only make the noise when accelerating?
If so could it not just be an engine mount!
