    GT and GS

As above really, what is the difference between a GT and GS spec wise?

I asked this question a while ago - no one has really provided a definitive answer.
I maybe wrong but as far as I know...

GT will always have motorised memory seats (which frankly is a bit of a pain).
GTs may also have 1/2 leather 1/2 Alcantera seats.
GT is group 17 insurance and GS is 16.
The pro-logic sound system is an optional extra for GS - I think it was standard in the GT?
Better to get a well spec-ed GS if you're bothered.
GS will normally have a sunroof (but this maybe an option)

IMHO it is better to get the newer engine (ME7) car despite the known issues with the ETM.

    okey dokey!

I collect my C70 on saturday and the spec is:
    2000 T5 GS
    Full black leather interior
    cruise control
    dolby pro logic stereo
    non electric seats
    volvo information centre

I just hoped that there wasn't any power or engine differences between the GT and GS.

Same engine - same map - same power as far as I know. Even to the trained eye I think you'd be hard pushed to tell from the outside. Which still confuses the hell out of me as to why the insurance groups are different.

    You're welcome

PS if you can - kidnap Bracer and drag him along to my BBQ in June (see meet ups board)
