Certainly is a very quick car, Sure it's no match for a superbike but not many cars are.

I think they used bikes as there probably aren't many cars that could keep up with it.

A Streetfighter (Bike with No Fairing) really would struggle getting up to those speeds.

I sympathise ... mine's been sorned for nearly two years ... elbows are fubarred and I'm just hoping to be able to ride it this month if elbows allow... I'll post a picture (if I can find one) to get your pulse racing

Well just because you have a fast car it doesn't mean you're fast.

I live in a reasonably quiet rural town and despite only witnessing about half a dozen crashes during my driving life 4 of them have been Imprezas and every one of them was clearly caused by the guy driving - 2 drove into posts which obviously jumped out in front of them - (telegraph snapped in two - impressive, I spoke to the guy to see if he was ok as I was following him at the time and he said 'I didn't think my car would get round at that speed so I braked really hard and straightlined it') Er I was driving in my Ford Scorpio at the time and he was holding me up 'cause he was so slow - clearly his abilities did not match the abilities of the car.

I must take my camera with me at all times from now on I think.

That car picks up really fast to bout 100 mph, but from there it aint very fast (for 500 bhp), guess that is running the standard volvo exhaust manifold, mine seemed faster than that, well proff is in the vid on the site.
