Help!! just bought 2001 T5 can.t find out how wipers work .Should they work in conjunction with windscren wipers?

Headlamp wipers do indeed work alongside the wash/wipe function. I think if yours don't, there may be some investigation required.

Just check the usual wiring and fuses first.

Washers / wipers auto.

They only work when you use the jets to squirt fluid (ooeeerrr) onto windscreen they wont work by themselves or if your using windscreen wipers in the rain

After spending about 4 hours checking wiring connections etc ,etc,etc your cure was obvious Thanks Stuart.
