I have an '95 N' 850 T5. The syncros went in the box(mannual) and as you know cannot get replacement parts. Got a replacement box from SALVO.

Dropped subframe and old box, put new clutch in and replacement box.Brill, but the clutch will not dissengage, the pedal goes halfway then stops???

Not sure what it was so took it all to bits had the clutch changed just incase and got another box from SALVO and it is exactley the same.

Does anyone know whats going on, i know there are 9 different boxes but there are now part numbers on them. It looks exactley the same as my old one and SALVO assure me it is the right box.

Can anyone help, i don't want to spend £1300 for a new box if i can help it.

Are you 100% sure the clutch was alined properly
