Anyone has some A-CAD on a suitable pattern for the disc to be drilled to make it look nice and yet functionable ? Should I EDM instead of drilling ?

Thanked 1 Time in 1 PostDon't drill your discs! Bad idea. You will get heat spots and cracks around the holes, so your discs won't last very long and will warp quickly.
