    Cone filter air box

    Hi guys

Those of you at the recent VOC meet may of heard my ramblings about an airbox for my cone filter . . . I made a start :

Fashioned out of chicken wire and covered in duct tape, it does the job !

The corner of the bay is now mostly sealed against the bonnet.

Boosting is a lot more consistant now! I thought I had unplugged the boost regulator or something to get it to perform like it does, but all seems well !

It's more obvious why I'm looking into moving the battery as well !!

Still not sure on what to do . . .

I think Chris - if you are having it like this - you might wanna consider additional cold air ducting from the front splitter, rather than moving the battery. It will be cheaper and easier to install.

I would, but there is no possible place to put one on a C70 - there are no extra holes on the curvy front bumper and the rads take up all the space !
