S40 (W plate) anti roll bar bush(?) cream krackered?

Driving home from work friday went over a grid and everytime i go over a bump in the road i get a bang from the front driver side wheel.
My dads had a look at it, he's even gone out and bought the bush but doesnt know how to get too it and replace it.

Is there an easy way of replaceing?

    Cheers in advance.

Finally got my car sorted after 2 weeks, in the end it cost me 60 quid for labour.
Spent most of the weekend washing, waxing, hoovering and reblacking the trims

Will take some piccies this week!
