    VPCUK on Tour: Perth!!!

All I can say is What a meet, What a turn out....

A HUGE thanx to all that turned up and an even HUGER thanx to Moppy, Steve, Rich and of course "The Birthday Boy" Look out for the Birthday pics lol

The biggest meet so far up here with 13 cars and 21 bodies

After the carry on last night I forgot to charge my camera so I have no pics of the day but there should be plenty floating around later

Hopefully this is the start of a really big year for the meets

Thanx again guys n gals, you make this forum what it is

Yep fair play to the boys ( and lady !) from down souf!!! A great effort although i still think your all mad to come up here in winter for a bit of chicken or lasagne!!! Anyway you can say the same to me when i come to WDs BBQ!!!

A great turn out and as usual the patter was there , Fraser is a good guy, keeps the thread going, keeps in touch and does his chatty host bit too!! Wel done wee man.

Was good to catch up agin and as Fraser says maybe the start of a good thing.. a big national meet would be ace!!

Just aswell we dont have a car of the day as it would be too hard to choose but i have a soft spot for Craigs red 850R and when he left the motorway the sound was awesome. ( nearly as good as the saffi s70 !!!) Cheers all it was good day and look forward to the next time and better weather!!!

PS other highlights ...Titchs T4 ...not slow...for a wee car ...feck me!!! and the S60R..it roared past ..v impressive!!

Titchs dad..laughing at us all cos he is getting 55mpg!!!!!

A big thanks to one and all for making us welcome at our first and not last meet. A big thanks to Dave for giving my car a test drive. It seems to be a different car now, in a good way. Hope to see you all soon.

Had a great laugh as usual. Not even the weather can dampen our spirits.

Hopefully we can all try to make one of the meetings "down south" since Mrs Mopp, Dave and co made the effort to come to see us. It's long way to come for your dinner!!

Scotty, a bit disappointed with the overall mpg today at only 48!! Must get it checked out!!

    Hope everyone got home safely.

BIG thanks to Frazer for his efforts to pull this together - you did us all proud hun!

Nice to meet everyone, just a shame we couldn't have stayed for longer (only just got home!!)

Some lovely examples of T5's (and Skoda's and Saab's lol)

Once my clutch is fixed Frazer I'll show you just what pulling away from you is lol!

    AWWWW!!! I missed it! BOOOO!

I am so gutted at missing out, looked like a good time was had by all, and to think I had my face all shaped for a steak lunch/dinner!

I'm hoping we can organize one as big if not bigger for perhaps late april early may (good weather & plenty of notice means we can save up for travel & organize accoms for all!!!)also we need somewhere cool for the pics & meeting up, something that could go to a vote or suggestions... places where you can fit 15 volvos, thats not helen street nick! I do like the coast/beach idea!

If cegs40t's motor dont work next time, I'm gonna bike it! (push)

p.s. d4vid_h, sos I wasn't there to help with the air horn! my garage is open 7 days! lol.

oh well, next time I shall!

    & btw

You think I know **** nothing! But let me tell you I know **** all!
