    Question Engine For A T5 Auto 96n

HELLO again you lot, well things have certainly changed around here well done justin/tash/restofcrew great work need new stickers now lol anyway getting to thepoint i am thinking about replacing the lump as the missus forgot to switch on the cooling fan (have to do it manually)hence it overheated in traffic and now has oil in the water also the crankshaft seal has been leaking for ages and as its on 160000 i figure it may be easier in the long run so how much for an engine to fit an auto box,i tried salvo earlier but no answer/engaged or has anyone on here got one in there back pocket i could have. thanks guys and keep up the good work!! ps love the new name also 1350ish members

I paid £800 for an engine for my 850 T5. The engine was a later unit from the 70 series that had the stronger internals and only had 62,000 miles on the clock

High mileage engines start around £400-£450 from breakers yards, but I really didnt want to put a 180k motor in my car!!

Has this worked? I'll use this for now - me and my boy having a picnic in the T5! Yoghurt everywhere!
