    New S80

    Hello,

    I don't know if anyone has seen the new S80 so here is a link:

    Its not really a new one, but more of an update of the original. Looks quite nice IMHO.

    Hmmmmm, looks like a cross between the current S80 and a beemer.

    VERY bmw!!! *shakes head in despair* Why is every car a piggy back of another car these days and what happened to Volvo having their own ideas and own style?

    However, I am looking forward to test driving it with the V8 engine!!

    I agree its a beemer with a volvo badge.Cant people design anything different anymore?

    what can i say - v8 315 bhp awd and 3.2 inline 6 will be in it.
    HMMM.... thats about 0.5bhp /ton!!!

    Fortunately the new one doesnt share a single part with the old one so not the same car in anyway apart from the D5 engine.

    The car was put up against the new 5 series as a benchmark so will be good to drive and the interior is different to anything else on the road.

    It does look similar to the BM/Audi crowd unfortunately but will wait till see it in the metal then make judgement!
