    Ex Police V70 holes in roof

    Anyone know the best way of filling in the roof holes on a V70 T5,there are 12 in total from 5mm to 15mm.

    Try using some coins(copper) 2 PENCE AND 1 PENCE and apoxy once stuck fill from top with the usual filler and rub down, guarenteed not to rust !

    My m8 quoted me £150 for a roof respray on a V70 which only had 3 holes in it.

    best way would be to get a plate welded from the inside to cover the holes then fill, its worth paying abit extra to have it done properly because the roof will flex & bend & eventualley the filler will work loose & than stand out a mile then respray yep £100 to £150 seema about right for the roof section

    Probably the best way is to remove the Roof lining and braize all the holes with suitable pieces,Otherwise it will be a nightmare if it fails again with all the stress in the roof.
