Smoked headlights

Hi guys, another question.

My T4 is a 98 model phase 1 with clear headlights and clear indicators. Now i have seen some s40 with the smoked headlights and indicators..

Can you tell me what model and year the smoked lights come off? Really want a set..

Is there anywhere to buy then on the net, i take it volvo will be very expensive for them.

are these smoked? is it possible just to change the lense? and not the whole light???

PLease say yes as these are only £30 a side

Don't think they're smoked mate - they're just standard OEM replacement lenses (and may not even be the clear ones you've got now).

i to am looking for the same lights which i have only ever seen on the phase 2 t4's are they just a straight swap, as mins seems to have the same lights apart from the insert is smoked

any ideas?

must be a straight swap as know somebody with them on his phase one 2.0 t..

Don't want to buy them from volvo, will be pricey..

I know a guy on another forum who has just started work at a volvo dealership so going to ask him if he gets parts cost....If he does i'll let you know mate

that would be cool thanks, any kind of discount is always worth a look, i do think the smoked lenses make the front look propper aggressive

Hi guys, i have them on mine. . They are rare to see from the factory but can be ordered for both ph1 and 2 cars as long as you have the twin optic lights

the indicators are 35each and the black headlight bezels are 15each.
they are easy to fit but make sure to use a new headlight glass seal
they clip in and you remove the silver surround

yep, thats the ones!
they are listed as black bezel on vida

i have the ones off of a later car with gas lights, hence the silver lip to the
bezel. I thought they looked better with the grille, but as your grille is
just black order the early ones in my opinion.

Black Headlamp Bezels:

LH - 30896560 (NO chrome rings)
RH - 30896561 (NO chrome rings)

LH - 30899888 (WITH chrome rings)
RH - 30899889 (WITH chrome rings)

Replacement turn indicators, with black bezel:

LH: 30865998
RH: 30865999
