Please excuse a newby, not sure if this should go in the for sale section, buts it not an advert, so...? I also get the impression these types of question are hated, but here goes.

1995 GLT T5 manual estate, 108k miles, turquoise blue, full history and 99% spotless

I have long held "feelings" for a V70R but cannot get my head around how much more expensive they are. The ones for sale at the moment are c.9k!. I nearly bid on the private one on Ebay (which sold for less than 5 grand) recently but I would rather have laser or silver than saffron. I know the answer is an ecu and exhaust but I just luuuurve those Rs...

Oh cack. Those blasted Rs have always been consistently 2-3 times dearer than mine since I bought it 4 years ago. Still I suppose 3x3 grand is better than 3x8 grand!

You can pick P1 V70R's up from around 5k these days (for the higher miles)

Hold on to it until spring...people wont be buying cars just yet so you may have to compromise to get it sold.. also you should get a good price.....

but you won't be able to sell yours to get a "R" type car.....unless its a insurance write off...
