R front bumper £375 painted! Decent????

I can get an R front bumper for £375 delivered from the US and pre-painted. Is this a good price, or are there cheaper options in the UK??? Tomcat isnt doing them anymore, and I dunno where to get them in the UK.
I WAS gonna buy an R, but that fell through, so Im gonna just concentrate on mine now I think

I wouldn't imagine it works out much cheaper (with the carriage costs) than it would to buy a bumbper from volvo here?

The 850 R bumpers are about 175 quid - the 70 series are about 375 if I recall correctly...
