    Mobile paddling pool!

Driving down to Devon last week when I got home i noticed all my stuff and spare clothes in the OFFSIDE REAR footwell was drenched! It had been heavy rain all the way down so checked window was closed, door seal etc all good. So took the mat out and dried it and borrowed my mates Vax with a hand nozzle to suck out water that was there (it was sopping wet!) Didnt use the car for 4 days and we were getting BIBLICAL RAIN like 'time to build a large wooden boat and collect some animals' rain! NOTHING in the back.

Drove back up to Hampshire at 1am through this WALL of water. Got back to my dogs and checked the back......... and the back was now about 3 inches DEEP! Had another look underneath with my rechargable light this morning in the multi storey at work but couldnt see anything. This sort of water means a popped or damaged floorpan surely? BTW ITS NOT GOT A SUNROOF solid roof! Ive had the drains blocked on another V70.

Now I had to do an emergency roadside brake repair but no axle stands just found some wood blocks by the roadside so used these to block it under the engine mount (I ALWAYS prop in a solid place NOT a floor pan) Was wondering if I had damaged the floor but it all looks fine its undersealed so you would see any damage to the steel.

Any solutions please as we have a funeral to go to and the car now steams up like someones using a kettle inside so I need it dried! I had suspected the A/C drain but its winter so all i used was the heater on full to try to dry the carpet in the back? Its going to rust the floor out and start stinking like a Tom cat unless I can cure this. Can the A/C produce like A GALLON of condense?

cheers guys over to you experts!
