Is the beam axle on a FWD v70r the same as an ordinary V70 or is it unique to that vehicle only?

Thanked 72 Times in 54 PostsIt’s interchangeable. I had a 1997 FWD P1 V70R which was hit in the side on a roundabout. I went to a generic Volvo breaker and picked up a new rear beam as mine was bent after the accident.

Thanked 2,673 Times in 1,797 PostsAs far as I am aware all fwd p1's rear beams are inter-changeable, only difference is with the c70 having thicker rear arb and wider track IIRC. I hope that helps
