Hi, I've got my v70 d5 booked in for a custom exhaust but I can't make my mind up which exhaust tip to have and whether to have a backbox or backbox delete. Any pictures or info welcomed

Depends if the car is an auto or not.
Last thing you want is 'drone' at motorway cruising speeds!
Diesels can be more boomy in the exhaust, so I wouldn't go bigger than 2.5" and I would always have a rear back box. A good exhaust fabricator can always 'tune' the rear silencer with differing amounts of wadding.
Pictures are irrelevant, cos when the cars on the deck, you won't see the exhaust anyway!
Regards the tips, I'd recommend 'dual stock tapered slash'. If it doesn't tie in with the rear bumper then it will just look ridiculous and people will just laugh at you, rather than admire it's new found throatyness!
