    Uneven tyre wear (rear)

    Hi All

    V70p2 estate 2005.

Noticed that right rear outer shoulder is bald. Rest of tyre ok, and others seem to be wearing normally.

Car was 4 wheel laser tracked about 2 years ago.

Is it a matter of replacing and re tracking, or is there something else I should be checking?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

    C

Yes I would also have a look at the arm that is used for tracking they can bend if you have hit a pavement / rock, there are bushes on each side of the arm, see if there is any movement there,

As Dave has said. If the tracking was out on that side you would normally see some irregular on the opposite side as well due to the rear slightly crabbing in relation to the front.
I suffered this on my P3 and when checked only the outside rear was out but both tyres were wearing abnormally.
