Headlamp Aim too high

Hi peeps

I got hit by White Van man a few months back, (who just legged it FAST when he saw the damage - obviously uninsured!)
So had to replace the whole headlamp assembly. I changed it and set the height at what I believed was right, however on the motorways at night I keep getting flashed and a friend the other day, who was out walking spotted me and waved me over.




He pointed out the beam was way too high on the new lamp! I have tried adjusting the small 7mm white plastic nuts which have achieved something but its still a little out.

Any hints to setting these up? I guess parking it in front of a white wall will help?
