    Autobox oil change

Hi people, after reading some threads on changing the oil in my Autobox, just wondered what people think regards best way to go about it. The oil is definitely ready, on the finger tip it doesn't look to bad, still got abit pinkishness to it but it is tired,as seen when I changed the radiator last year and had the cooler run off in a jug... I have no idea if it's ever been done but I got the family holidays coming up in the summer and want it to be ok, only ever had one episode of a hickup, it got hot in traffic last summer and acted abit weird...
So, from what I've read it's either drain the small amount in the bottom of the box and refill ready for a full flush later on or go for it and do the full flush through the top rad cooler line pumping and filling as I go? Some say the full flush is a bad idea if u think it's not been done recently...
Also does it have to be dealer oil or will some good dextron 2 or 3 from the local parts shop be ok??

    Cheers
    Mark
